Not necessarily, we just need to let the ladies in the house so they could clean. Before they finish we will contact you so could go back to (check the cleaning ) get ready for your move in cleaning…
Do you provide any type of carpet cleaning/vacuuming?
We do vacuum all carpets, we don’t include washing the carpet.
Does the house has to be empty to be a move in cleaning:
Yes, we recommend to clean before you move. Sometimes, there are customers that already have furniture inside the home, yet we could still clean the house.
Do you bring all the supplies?
Yes, we bring all the equipment and supplies. We would appreciate if you could provide trash liners or trash bags so the ladies could get rid of trash they might find during the cleaning. If you have products of your preference we would gladly use yours.
What are the charges for move in cleaning services?
The rates for move in cleaning depend on the size of your home as well as the conditions.
How long will it take for cleaners to clean the house?
Move in cleaning usually takes longer than other cleaning services as is a thorough cleaning as we reach spaces and areas that with furniture cannot be cleaned. In an average 2000 sq ft 3 bed/ 2 bath a complete move in cleaning could be done in about two to three hours depending on the conditions of the house. You will be notified in case we need to add time.
